Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "tak11" refers to the online gaming platform operating at tak11.io, including all sub-pages, services, features, casino games, sports betting markets, and account management functions available thereunder.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the tak11 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal, non-transferable player account created upon successful registration with tak11.
• "Platform" means the tak11 website, mobile-optimised browser interface, and any associated software or services.
• "Balance" means the sum of real-money funds held in a Player's tak11 Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or matched deposit amounts credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 11 of these Terms.
• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, the date from which this version of the Terms & Conditions applies.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the tak11 platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions and all policies incorporated by reference, including the tak11 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tak11. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if applicable, request account closure by contacting tak11 support at [email protected].

tak11 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are responsible for reviewing the current Terms periodically.

Eligibility

To use the tak11 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. tak11 enforces a strict minimum age of 21. Underage gambling is prohibited and any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.
• You are a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of registration and use.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player with tak11 and have not requested a cooling-off period that remains active.
• You are not subject to any legal restriction that would prohibit you from engaging in online gambling activity.
• You have not previously had a tak11 Account closed for breach of these Terms.

tak11 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend access pending satisfactory verification. Providing false information regarding eligibility is a serious breach of these Terms.

Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the tak11 platform. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different identity information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, valid email address, and mobile number linked to your preferred payment method (such as bKash or Nagad).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. tak11 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted using your Account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

tak11 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

Identity Verification (KYC)

tak11 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. Before processing any withdrawal request, tak11 may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identity document (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address in Bangladesh (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (e.g., screenshot of registered bKash or Nagad account name matching the Account holder).

tak11 aims to complete KYC review within 24 to 48 hours of document submission during normal operating periods. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is successfully completed. tak11 reserves the right to request additional documentation where the initial submission is incomplete or unclear.

All KYC documents are stored securely and processed in accordance with the tak11 Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for verification purposes and are not shared with third parties except where required by applicable law.

Deposits

All deposits to your tak11 Account must be made using one of the approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, or City Bank. All Account Balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). tak11 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or via cryptocurrency.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. tak11 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply transaction charges per their own terms.

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance within approximately sixty (60) seconds under normal network conditions. Delays attributable to third-party payment processors are outside tak11's control. If a deposit is not credited within thirty (30) minutes, contact tak11 support with your transaction reference number.

tak11 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Funds obtained through fraud or other illegal means will be forfeited and the relevant Account closed.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players whose Accounts have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to tak11's anti-money-laundering procedures.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within one (1) to four (4) hours during normal operating periods. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

tak11 does not charge a platform fee on standard withdrawals. Your mobile wallet provider may apply receiving charges. Players are responsible for any taxes or levies applicable to their winnings under applicable law.

tak11 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, collusion, or breach of these Terms. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is placed under review.

Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been met in full.

Bonuses & Promotions

tak11 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the T20 World Cup. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published alongside the offer.

General bonus terms applicable to all tak11 promotions include:

• One bonus per Player, per promotion, per household. Duplicate Account holders are ineligible for all bonuses.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonus balances are forfeited without compensation.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms. Certain game categories (e.g., live casino tables, specific sports markets) may be excluded from Wagering Requirement contribution.
• tak11 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify wagering requirements, or cancel a promotion at any time, provided that any such change does not retroactively disadvantage Players who have already accepted and partially completed a wagering requirement.
• Misuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play — constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 11.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on the tak11 platform — including live table games, slots, crash games, and video poker — are supplied by third-party studios that are independently licensed and audited. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. tak11 does not influence or manipulate game outcomes in any manner.

Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical values calculated over statistically significant sample sizes. Individual session results may deviate substantially from published RTP figures. tak11 does not guarantee that any Player will win or achieve any particular return from any game.

In the event of a technical error, network disconnection, or software malfunction that affects a game round, tak11 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Player's Balance. Game round records stored on tak11's servers are the authoritative record in any dispute.

Players are required to play in good faith. The use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and constitutes Prohibited Conduct.

Sports Betting

tak11 offers sports betting markets covering cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Odds are subject to change without notice up until the point a bet is accepted and confirmed.

Bets are settled in accordance with tak11's published sport-specific settlement rules. In the event of ambiguity, tak11's settlement decision is final. tak11 reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed beyond the stated settlement window, or affected by circumstances that fundamentally alter the nature of the market.

In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected fixtures. Odds for in-play markets update in real time. Bets submitted during in-play periods are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance confirmation, not at the time of submission. Network latency experienced by the Player does not entitle them to historical odds.

Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply to all sports betting markets. Current limits are displayed within the tak11 betting interface. tak11 reserves the right to apply reduced limits to individual Accounts at its discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tak11 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct will have their Account suspended and all associated Balances — including any pending withdrawals — placed under investigation, with forfeiture as a potential outcome:

• Creating more than one Account or assisting another person to create a duplicate Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity, address, or payment information during registration or KYC.
• Using another person's identity, payment credentials, or Account.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent transactions, stolen payment instruments, or money laundering activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, exploits, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in games or sports betting markets.
• Colluding with other Players, tak11 employees, or game studio representatives to manipulate game outcomes or sports results.
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors, or latency to place bets at incorrect odds or to gain an advantage in game outcomes.
• Abusing bonus and promotion systems through hedging, matched-betting across multiple Accounts, or other strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward tak11 staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Any conduct that tak11 reasonably determines to constitute fraud, deception, or a material breach of these Terms.

Account Suspension & Closure

tak11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment instruments.
• Receipt of a chargeback or dispute filed against a tak11 deposit transaction.
• A Player's request for self-exclusion under the tak11 Responsible Gaming Policy.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.

Upon permanent Account closure resulting from a breach of these Terms, tak11 reserves the right to forfeit the Account Balance. Where closure is initiated at the Player's own request for non-breach reasons (e.g., self-exclusion), any verified real-money Balance net of outstanding Wagering Requirements will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following a standard review period.

Responsible Gaming

tak11 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides a suite of tools designed to help Players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks). During a cooling-off period, the Player may not deposit, place wagers, or claim bonuses.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion, which closes the Account and prohibits re-registration for a minimum of twelve (12) months. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to [email protected] and take effect within 24 hours.

Intellectual Property

All content on the tak11 platform — including but not limited to the tak11 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, interface layout, text, software code, and game content provided under licence from third-party studios — is the intellectual property of tak11 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tak11 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content.

Any unauthorised use of tak11 intellectual property may result in immediate Account closure and legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tak11 and its directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the tak11 platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of services, whether planned or unplanned.
• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from game errors, system malfunctions, or network issues outside tak11's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Decisions you make based on information or odds displayed on the platform.

tak11's total aggregate liability to any Player for any cause of action arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Nothing in these Terms limits tak11's liability for death or personal injury caused by tak11's own negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

Privacy & Data Protection

tak11 collects and processes Player personal data for the purposes of Account management, payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and customer support. Full details of what data is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained, and Players' rights with respect to their data are set out in the tak11 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By creating an Account, you consent to tak11 processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. All data in transit between your device and the tak11 platform is protected by SSL encryption. tak11 does not sell Player personal data to third-party marketers.

Amendments to These Terms

tak11 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, tak11 will provide notice to Players via email to the registered Account address or via a prominent notice on the platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the amended Terms take effect.

Continued use of the tak11 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the changes.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the tak11 platform, tak11's Customer Support team should be contacted in the first instance to seek a resolution. tak11 aims to resolve all player disputes within five (5) business days of formal written notification.

tak11's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, bonus eligibility, and Account status — made after a fair internal review — is final, subject to any statutory rights you may hold under applicable consumer protection law.
